BPI Medical will be hiring a MasterCam Programmer with advanced machining skills with at least 5 years’ experience:
MasterCam Programming (preferred Version X9) CNC Lathe and CNC Mill (HAAS SL10 Lathe and the HAAS VF2 Mill)

We specialize in making custom surgical instruments for Spinal and Orthopedic surgery OEM’s. Because this work is so important, the quality and precision standards are the highest level. The ability to create products with the highest degree of accuracy and precision is paramount.

This is a Monday – Friday position, day shift, with a pay range of $24 to $36 an hour, and fully-paid monthly premiums for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
This position is a highly-collaborative partner in a team environment. The successful candidate will be one who demonstrates the ability to work with team members, management, quality control, vendors, and both internal and external customers alike.

This position pays a competitive wage based upon:
CNC Lathe and CNC Mill experience. Programming ability, demonstrated during the interview. Documented programming education (professional or academic).
The successful candidate will program in MasterCam – and set-up, and operate a CNC lathes and mills. It is also required that this person demonstrate the ability to measure, gauge, interpret prints and drawings, program, calculate speeds & feeds, and regulate the machine’s operating.
We require that our newest member understand written and oral instruction as well as quality control guidelines. Due to the medical nature of our products, this adherence to the strictest medical quality guidelines is unrelenting.
